Thank you for shopping with Family Party Favors. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we handle the production, shipping, and delivery of your custom party favors. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.
Processing & Production Time
All products sold by Family Party Favors are custom made to order. Standard production time is 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed and your deposit is received. Production time does not include shipping or delivery time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule. If you need your order sooner than the standard production time, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Additional fees may apply for rush production.
We recommend placing your order at least 7 to 10 business days before your event to ensure everything is completed and delivered on time.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation along with a digital proof of your custom design. Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved the proof. Any delays in proof approval may extend your estimated delivery date.
Local Delivery
We proudly offer free local delivery within Miami-Dade County and Broward County. Local deliveries are scheduled based on your event date and our delivery route. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery window that works for you.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery. Family Party Favors is not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.
Local Pickup
If you prefer, you may pick up your completed order at our location in Miami. Pickup times are arranged by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule your pickup after receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

Shipping Outside Local Area
Shipping outside of Miami-Dade and Broward County is available upon request. Shipping costs for orders outside our local delivery area are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated shipping times for out-of-area orders vary depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Family Party Favors is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off.
Tracking
For shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include replacing the affected items or issuing a credit.
If your shipped order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution. Family Party Favors is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
