We create a custom cosmetic wrapper or label that goes over the original sealed product. We do not open, remove, or alter the original product or its factory packaging in any way. What you receive is the real, sealed, brand-name product with a beautiful personalized design on the outside.

We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your event to allow time for design, approval, and preparation. However, even if your event is right around the corner, always reach out to us. We will do everything we can to make your order happen no matter how tight the timeline.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable once production starts, as materials have already been purchased and production has begun.
