Thank you for choosing Family Party Favors. Because every product we create is fully customized with your child's name, party theme, and personal details, our items are made to order and cannot be resold or reused. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Items
All products sold by Family Party Favors are custom made and personalized to your specifications. Due to the nature of personalized goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on completed orders. Once production has begun, your order cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.
Deposits
All orders require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your production slot and covers the cost of materials. The deposit is non-refundable once production begins. If you cancel your order before production starts, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Order Approval & Accuracy
Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your custom design for review and approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review all details including names, dates, spelling, theme, and quantities. Once you approve the proof and production begins, we cannot make changes or issue refunds for errors that were present in the approved design. We strongly encourage you to double and triple check your proof before giving approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the affected items at no additional cost or issue a credit toward a future order. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, the cost of the missing items will be deducted from any outstanding balance or refunded to you.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of your order is due before delivery or pickup. If you have paid the full amount and your order is delivered complete with no issues, no refund is applicable.
Cancellations
Before production begins: Full deposit refund.
After production begins: No refund. The deposit is forfeited as it has been used to purchase materials and begin production of your custom items.
After completion: No refund or cancellation. Completed custom items cannot be returned.
Food Safety
Because our products contain food items (chips, candy, cookies, juice, etc.), we cannot accept returns of any opened or unsealed products for health and safety reasons.
