- Free digital proof in 24-48 hours. We design every favor in your theme and send a mockup of how every piece will look. You can edit, change colors, swap products until it's exactly what you want.
- Approve, then we produce in 3-7 days. Hand-assembled in our Miami studio. We don't outsource. Every piece checked individually before packing.
- Delivery or pickup. Free local delivery in Miami-Dade and Broward. Pickup at our studio. Nationwide shipping via USPS or UPS.
Lead time and minimums
Recommended lead time: 2 weeks before the party. That gives time for design, approval, production and delivery without anyone stressing.
Last-minute orders: Reach out anyway. We've turned full birthday tables around in 4-5 days when there's no other option. We'll be honest about what's possible in your timeline.
Minimum quantity: Most products start at 6 or 12 units. The exact minimum is listed on each product. For full party packages, the minimum is whatever number of guests you have — 12, 24, 50, 100. We've done parties of every size.
Frequently asked questions about birthday parties
Can you customize for any character, even brand new shows?
Yes. If your kid is into something brand new, mention it. We design from scratch every time so there is no "approved theme list." We have not refused a theme yet.
Can you do school or daycare birthdays?
Yes. Every favor is the real brand-name product in its original sealed packaging, which is what most schools and daycares require. Individually wrapped chips, cookies, juice pouches, all approved.
What if I already bought half the decoration?
We match what you have. Send us photos of your existing pieces (backdrop, balloons, plates) and we coordinate the favors to fit. We have adapted to dozens of pre-bought setups.
Can you put my kid’s photo on the products?
Yes. We do photo printing on labels, mini cups, edible images on cookies, and large prints for invitations or banners.
How many favors should I order per guest?
One per guest plus 3 to 5 extras. Parents pick up extras for cousins or surprise guests. We can also build full party packages sized to your head count.
How fast can you turn around an order?
